Pet Policy
Effective January 1, 2012

Cats are allowed with a $150.00 per cat non-refundable pet fee with a limit of two cats per apartment ($300.00). In addition there will be a $30.00 monthly pet fee charged.

Birds are allowed. There is a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per apartment with no monthly pet fee chared.

Fish are allowed. There is no fee associated with fish in an apartment.

Snakes
Ferrets
Dogs are not allowed. Dogs may visit for short periods of time throughout the day or evening. Dogs are not allowed to stay overnight in the building (even on balconies). Dogs are not allowed to stay/visit for extended periods of time or in the guest apartment. Of course service animals are excluded ; from the Pet Policy.
